Things started to brew between the two when Vicky revealed that he had a crush on Katrina.
Next, during Koffee with Karan’s show, Katrina spoke about Vicky Kaushal for the very first time. Katrina went on to say that she would like to work with Vicky Kaushal. Vicky, on the other hand, was flattered by her comment. He even faked fainting when Karan Johar told him about the same. As per reports, Karan Johar is the one who played cupid between them.

Photographers have also spotted Kaushal visiting Kaif’s home on several occasions. “I understand that the paps are doing their job. I also understand that people have an interest in our personal lives, by the virtue of us being public figures. That’s fair. But it’s completely up to me if I wish to share. I am not comfortable opening up my personal life for discussion. It’s important to me that I guard the good things,” Kaushal said in the Mid-day interview. In 2019, they were clicked together at a mutual friend’s Diwali bash. They were snapped many times at dinner parties too. Last year, in March 2020, they celebrated Holi together at Isha Ambani’s Holi bash and were seen dancing with Nick and Priyanka.

LESSON TO LEARN FROM THEM- It is amazing to see two people from different cultural backgrounds, who were brought up differently showcase such an example of a love story. But not many people like them are able to form such a love story, they get scared of what it might be like, they might have to compromise, or they won't understand each other. Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli are among the ‘it’ couples of India, so much so that their reputation spreads much beyond India and the Indian diaspora. Their romance and later their Italian wedding had their fans going gaga about them. While Anushka has spoken about her marriage and romance, Virat has rarely opened up about it. Now, speaking to American television sports reporter Graham Bensinger, he said how he was the nervous one when they first met.

“The first time I met her I cracked a joke immediately. I was very nervous and that’s why I cracked a joke because I didn’t know what to do. I was standing on sets and was being all nervous and jittery. I thought I was being funny (when I cracked that joke), and I said something that wasn’t probably the right thing to say. She is tall and she was wearing heels (makes a gesture which isn’t too much) and she was being told that I am not that tall, I am not 6 feet plus or something... she walked in with heels and looked taller than me and I was like didn’t you get a higher pair of heels. Then she was like ‘Excuse me’ and then I was like ‘No, I am just joking’. My joke became such a weird moment for me. I was such a fool, to be honest. She was so confident, she is on sets regularly.”

Talking about how he and Anushka are similar, Virat said, “She is also from a similar background as me. We come from middle-class families, made it in their respective careers, worked hard, and got to a certain stage. In hindsight, when we look into our lives, they were going at the same pace but in totally different worlds. We were talking about real things, we were talking about things that a lot of people don’t connect with, only if you have seen that life will you understand what we are talking about. So the connection was there immediately.”

Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli, a seemingly perfect couple that faces a lot of backlash from fans on social media for something as petty as Anushka supporting and cheering on her husband is a distraction for him, and that made him perform poorly.

Few know it, but Shah Rukh first fell for Gauri when he was 18 years old. The Delhi teen bumped into Gauri at a party when she was just 14. Rumour has it that the couple's first date was at Delhi's Panchshila Club. Anupama Chopra's book King of Bollywood: Shah Rukh Khan and the Seductive World of Indian Cinema also reveals that the young couple spent their first meeting (which barely lasted five minutes) sitting by the pool, ‘nervously sipping colas’. Once Shah Rukh got Gauri's number, he'd call her at home pretending to be a friend named Shaheen.

Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan's road to settling down together wasn't the easiest. During their courtship years, the couple are said to have faced several hurdles. One fight between the two led Gauri to leave Delhi for Mumbai without letting Shah Rukh know. With just Rs 10,000 in his pocket, Shah Rukh followed Gauri to the city that would eventually become his home and made up with her at Mumbai's Gorai beach. The couple finally got married on October 25, 1991.

Through thick and thin and the fame that SRK got, the couple managed to stick together. Love and support each other. I, personally, admire this couple because they achieved their dreams together.
